Basic Green Drink
Juice 3 stalks of celery, 1 cucumber, 3 leaves of kale, 3 leaves of lettuce, 2 cups of spinach and 1/2 cup of parsley.
Veggie Wheat Grass Drink
Juice 3 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1/2 cup of parsley. To that add 1 oz of wheat grass juice.
Spanish Gazpacho Drink
Using your juicer, combine the juice of 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 red bell pepper, 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded if you prefer), and 2 lemons. Add that to 3 cups of water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tsp of salt substitute and garlic powder to taste.
Special Green Drink
Juice 4 cups of sprouts, 3 cups of any greens you like, 1/2 cup of dandelion greens, 1/4 cup of small green onions, 1 cup of carrots
Juice 4 large fresh tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 1/3 cup of parsley, 1/4 of a medium onion, 3 lettuce leaves and a pinch of fresh ginger or some juiced ginger
